Construction and Implementation of the Community Tech Center Project

The Community Tech Center (CTC) comprises four main functions, including a Computer Lab for training high school students, a Training Room for capacity building of operational staff and community members, a Post Office to facilitate and promote postal services operated by Cambodia Post, and a Public Hall that provides a space for students and community members to study, hold meetings, and conduct research on various topics.
As of March 2026, the CTC project has been established at 21 locations nationwide, providing training in digital technology skills and delivering postal services to local communities.
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications also plans to construct an additional 10 CTC locations within this year to further promote digital transformation across the country, in alignment with the national Digital Skills Development Framework.
