The adoption of digital technology at the community level is the mission of the Community Technology Center.

The Community Tech Center (CTC) project, which will be established in all high schools across Cambodia, aims to promote digital technology adoption (Tech Adoption) in public educational institutions and local communities.
The Community Tech Center (CTC) has four main functions: a Computer Lab, a Training Room, a Post Office, and a Public Hall, which includes an Internet room and an Internet café.
As of March 2026, the Community Tech Center (CTC) project has 21 locations nationwide, providing training related to digital technology skills and offering postal services to people in local communities.
The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications also plans to build 10 additional Community Tech Centers (CTCs) in 2026 to further promotte digital transformation that is inclusive, efficient, and highly effective.
