Training Program for Operational Staff at Community Tech Centers

The implementation team of the Community Tech Center (CTC) project collaborated with the New Generation School of Preah Sisowath High School to organize three training sessions based on the Grade 11 Digital Technology curriculum. These sessions were conducted for operational staff (including teachers of digital technology and technical support staff responsible for maintaining technology equipment) from all 21 CTC locations.
The purpose of this training program is to strengthen the digital technology capacity of operational staff by equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively teach students at high schools. This initiative aims to promote the development of a strong foundation in digital technology and enhance the adoption of digital skills.
The Grade 11 digital technology training program consists of four chapters and 33 lessons. The third and final training session was successfully completed on March 15, 2026, at Hun Sen Prey Lvea High School, Prey Kabbas District, Takeo Province, under the presidency of H.E. Bin Sakda, representing H.E. Mao Sela, Secretary of State and Chairman of the CTC Project Implementation Team.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications will continue to strengthen the capacity of high school teachers at CTC locations to ensure they possess sufficient qualifications, knowledge, and digital technology skills.
