H.E. Mao Sela Chaired the Review Meeting on Evaluation Reports of High Schools Applying for Community Tech Center Construction

Phnom Penh, On 9 February 2026, at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC), H.E. Mao Sela, Under Secretary of State of MPTC, chaired a meeting to review the evaluation reports of 14 high schools in Takeo Province that had submitted applications for the construction of Community Tech Centers (CTC). The meeting was attended by 11 members of the CTC Project Implementation Team.
During the meeting, participants reviewed assessment findings and exchanged views on the suitability and readiness of the applicant schools in accordance with established criteria. The discussion focused on ensuring alignment with the objectives and implementation framework of the Community Tech Center project.
At the conclusion of the meeting, H.E. Mao Sela expressed his appreciation to the members of the working group for their professionalism, diligence, and commitment in carrying out their assigned duties, particularly in adhering to the strategic guidance and directives of H.E. the Minister.
It should be noted that the Community Tech Center (CTC) currently operates 18 centers across Takeo Province, serving as hubs for digital skills training and postal services for local communities.
It should be noted that the Community Tech Center (CTC) is a community-based center providing training in digital technology skills and postal services to local citizens, particularly students and residents. The center aims to promote digital human resource development, enhance digital literacy, and reduce the digital divide within communities.
