Notice the provision of 500 Techo Digital Talent Scholarships for Bachelor’s Degree Programs for the Academy Year 2025–2026

Under the constant attention and care for the future of Cambodian youth in the digital era by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Techo Digital Talent Scholarship Program has been established with the goal of strengthening Cambodia’s pool of skilled digital human resources. This will form the foundation of the nation’s digital workforce, supporting the transformation of Cambodia’s economy into a digital economy.

For the academic year 2025–2026, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MPTC) will continue to provide 500 scholarships for bachelor’s degree programs in digital technology at six higher education partner institutions, as follows:

1. Partner Institutions & Number of Scholarships

   • Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT): 200 scholarships
   • Institute of Technology of Cambodia: 40 scholarships
   • Royal University of Phnom Penh: 30 scholarships
   • National University of Management: 10 scholarships
   • Paragon International University: 20 scholarships
   • American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP): 200 scholarships

2. Scholarship recipients will receive the following benefits:

   • One laptop
   • 100% tuition coverage until completion of the bachelor’s degree (valued between USD 3,100 and 24,700)
   • Opportunities for high-paying jobs in ministries, institutions, or technology companies both locally and abroad
   • Support and facilitation from MPTC to ensure successful completion of the 4-year program

3. Applicants must undergo a competitive examination organized by the Scholarship Committee and meet the following conditions:

   • Must be students who passed the 2025 National High School Examination with grades A, B, or C
   • Must pass a competitive exam in Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, and English, as well as an oral interview
   • Students from disadvantaged backgrounds, remote areas, students with disabilities, and female students are strongly encouraged to apply

   B. For American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP):

   Register in person at the American University of Phnom Penh, located at Building 278H, Street 201R, Krong Krowl Kor Village, Kilometre 6 Commune, Russey Keo District, Phnom Penh Registration is open from the date of this announcement until October 8, 2025.
