From May to June 2025, the working group in charge of implementing the Community Tech Center (CTC) project of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications visited all 18 CTC locations in Takeo Province to conduct the official handover of agreements and verify the initial inventory. The visits were attended by representatives from the commune-level government working groups, the Provincial Department of Posts and Telecommunications, the Department of Education, Youth and Sports, local authorities, school management committees, school principals, CTC operational staff, teachers, and monks. The purpose was to introduce the vision for establishing the CTCs, outline their mission and future direction, and encourage participation from the local community to ensure the sustainability of CTCs in each high school. to artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, among others.
